Guys. I was sure we had another week before Thanksgiving. What happened? So I did something smart/stupid. I went to a Weight Watchers meeting last Friday and that means I am going back this Friday, the day after Thanksgiving. It’s a great idea in theory. We’re going to see what happens.
It’s hard to feel like you’re starting over. I’ve been back at Weight Watchers for 4 weeks and back to running for about 6 weeks. I’ve been struggling thinking about running ability that I’ve lost and weight that I’ve gained back.
One week left! AH!!!! Alright- Here we go.
I need to be honest… I’ve been pretty terrible about tracking and sticking to Weight Watchers for a while. Ok, more than a while. I hit goal and lifetime in the spring of 2012 and I didn’t hang out there all that long. Maybe through the summer and some of the fall?
Well, it’s been a while and a lot has happened. First- I got married! Kevin and I eloped in Hawaii in June. It the perfect week. Very romantic and relaxing. Perhaps too much food and beer… Here are some pictures for now, but I need to put an actual “Hawaii” blog together.
