Day three!

Happy Thanksgiving! I realized I didn’t post yesterday. I was on plan all day food wise…
Breakfast: light wheat bread, peanut butter and a banana
Lunch: Subway veggie delight
Dinner: black bean and black eyed pea chilli
Various snacks: pita and hummus
Activity: taught Tabata and practiced BodyPump
Still no new DVDs…
I know Thanksgiving will bring no activity since we’ll be in the car for a good part of the day, but I’m planning on sticking to plan foodwise…
